Takara Black miniatures appeared alongside the full-size Japanese expression in 1994.
Types 1 and 2 have a cruder stopper casting, visible beneath the horse, while the Type 3 casting is more refined. Variations in the position of the horse’s tail also distinguish the stoppers.
Rarity cannot be determined by type, although all are generally very rare.
