Released in the late 2000s, Blanton’s Connoisseur Sauce blended the bourbon with Ward’s Bluegrass Steaks and Everything Sauce, a Kentucky regional favorite. It is a food-related piece of Blanton’s merchandise rather than a whiskey expression.
Marketed as an all-purpose sauce, it was a joint venture with Kentucky Special Sauces, later known as Ward’s.
